ATLAS MDM is a secure Android management platform for service providers, resellers, device operators, and support teams. The platform helps teams organize client devices, publish approved APKs, control account hierarchy, assign credits, validate activation codes, monitor logs, and provide remote assistance with consent.
The product is designed around practical daily workflows: find a device by its 8-character support ID, push an APK update to a folder, handle a ticket with attachments, approve a credit request, audit reseller actions, and suspend unsafe access when security rules are violated.
Operating Principles
- Clear hierarchy: Admin has full oversight, while reseller and sub reseller access stays isolated.
- Consent first: Remote support should begin only after the client grants permission on the device.
- Secure by design: APK scanning, audit logs, role checks, short-lived tokens, and backend verification are required for production.
- Credit accountability: Every activation, transfer, pullback, and approval should be recorded in a ledger.
